Holistic Healing & Wellness LLC offers a range of outpatient counseling services provided by experienced and qualified clinicians. Services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling, along with career and life coaching. Clinicians are available to help clients work through various concerns, such as anger, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, relationships, stress management, substance use, and trauma. We are grounded in evidence-based methodologies and practices to help promote improvement in mental health and wellness.

We offer a safe, empathic, and judgment-free space to explore what matters to you. Moreover, treatment is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to your unique needs. During the first session, generally 45 to 60 minutes, a clinician will provide an overview of confidentiality, explain what to expect during the counseling process, discuss presenting concerns, and develop a collaborative treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Matthew Scarduzio, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS, NCC, is the owner of Holistic Healing & Wellness, working alongside the organization’s clinical team. He has worked in the behavioral healthcare field for over 10 years and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol/Drug Counselor (LCADC), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). He works with a blend of clients, including individuals, couples, and families presenting with a range of issues including, but not limited to, ADHD, adjustment disorders, anger, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use. Additionally, he is a proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors
